Welcome to The Stratton House Hotel
Historic and welcoming; this landmark hotel set in the heart of Biggleswade offers a unique experience – whether staying for business or pleasure.
Built in the 17th century, merchants, brewers and even Wimbledon Championship player Ruth Winch have all called this beautiful building home. In 1940, Stratton House even joined the war effort, when it became the Civil Defence HQ.
In more recent decades, Stratton House has found new life as one of the most characterful hotels in Bedfordshire, and its distinct timber-framed building now offers a perfect setting for delicious dining, weddings, events and conferences.
Guests staying in our comfortable accommodation or a luxury suite enjoy waking to a freshly cooked breakfast and our commitment to first-rate service.
With great transport links to London, free car parking on-site and only a short walk to Biggleswade train station, Stratton House is conveniently located and easy to find.
We look forward to welcoming you…
