The arrival of autumn brings with it falling leaves, layering up and a return of our favourite winter warmers.
On this year’s winter menu, Head Chef Will adds some heat to his unique menu. You’ll find new starters such as Katsu Chicken Wings & Cajun Roast King Prawns.
As well as mains like the Roast Norfolk Venison from Holkham Hall Estate & the Chicken, Girolle & Tarragon Pie. Made with traditional, hand raised short crust pastry.
The new Pulled Duck Burger deserves a special mention. A Stratton House take on a Biggleswade favourite. Complete with wasabi mayo in a brioche bun.
Whatever the season, some things never change. Like a traditional Sunday lunch.
