The safety of our staff and customers are our top priority and we have implemented the following measures, to make you feel safe during your visit.
1. On arrival hand gel ? sanitising stations are available and we would ask guests to use these prior to entering and exiting the restaurant. Hand gel stations are also available throughout the venue by toilets and other high contact areas.
2. We have implemented new cleaning regimes through the hotel, including updating staff for cleaning and hygiene in-line with new guidelines. ? Toilets are checked hourly, Entrance and Exit doors will remain open to encourage no contact, wait there’s more for ventilation Windows and fire exits will also remain open when possible due to the weather.
3. Bookings will be limited to 6 people from 2 households as per the current government guidelines. If you have not pre-booked as suggested we will require the lead guest to provide name, phone number and or valid email address. Yes this is still required if you are just after drinks ?.
4. We have removed a number of our tables from restaurant and bar areas to enable the required distance ↔️ between tables and allow free movement where necessary, plus you can now enjoy our new outdoor terrace area.
5. We have invested in a new contactless ordering system which can be accessed by the QR code on the back of the menu, which our team will provide you when you are seated. The staff can provide more information if you have any questions.
6. Staff have been fully trained in social distancing, they will also have their ?temperatures taken at the beginning of each shift and will be wearing a face mask.
7. We have implemented a ➡️ one way system through our the hotel and have a one in one out policy in the toilets with clear floor markings indicating where to queue and no more waiting at the bar its all about the table service.
